These terms apply to the MiRaCLE Aquafarm management system ("the system"), used by MiRaCLE Aquafarm to record and manage its pond, feed, harvest, sales and cash requisition operations. By creating an account or signing in, you agree to them.

1. Who may use the system

Accounts are for MiRaCLE Aquafarm owners, management, staff and people the farm has authorised.
A new account can only sign in after the farm administrator approves it. The administrator may decline, suspend or remove an account at any time.
The read-only dashboard can be viewed without an account. It shows summary farm figures only; records, transactions and management features need an approved account.

2. Your account

Keep your password private and don't share your account. You are responsible for what is done with it.
If you forget your password, use "Forgot Password?" on the sign-in page. A one-time link is sent to your account's e-mail address.
Tell the administrator straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

3. Using the system properly

Enter records truthfully and as accurately as you can. Farm reports, forecasts and e-mail summaries are calculated from what is entered.
Use the system only for MiRaCLE Aquafarm work. Don't try to reach data or features your account isn't meant to have, or interfere with the system.
Farm records and figures are the farm's confidential business information. Don't copy or share them outside the farm without permission.

4. Figures and forecasts

Dashboards, metrics, forecasts and e-mail reports are worked out from the records entered in the system. They are aids to decision-making, not guarantees. Missing or late entries make them less accurate.

5. Availability and changes

The farm aims to keep the system available but may update, pause or change it at any time, and may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the system after a change means you accept the updated terms.
